A.) The story is mainly talking about how newspapers manipulate their photos. They change the photo to make them look more dramatic.
B.) It is not acceptable changing a photo, meaning cutting someone out of the image and making the photo look different and wrong. The public can think it's real and it can cause them to get the wrong idea.
This image is the most unethical because they made it seem like Saddam Hussein and George Bush were debating but in reality they really didn't, they confused people.
This photo isn't as bad as the other images its the least unethical, because there wasn't much done to it. The image looks the same as the original just a couple of things were change, the pipe/pole behind the woman yelling was removed and the everything was darkened.
